Sarah Jessica Parker knows that quarantine can feel isolating. That’s why she’s the voice behind a new mental health PSA, “Inside & Outwards.”

The film explores how coronavirus has affected mental health, released in honor of World Suicide Prevention Day. The video shows people living a shared experience in separate homes, brought together through dances set to music by Sufjan Stevens… and of course, SJP’s narration. Though the actress has a full house with her husband Matthew Broderick and their three kids, she admits she’s struggled during quarantine.

“There isn’t a person I know that isn’t affected by mental illness, whether it’s through a family member or through a dear friend or a loved one,” she says. “I’m feeling comforted and very excited that we are talking about it more openly. Let’s talk about it more.” Check out the PSA to the right.
