There’s no doubt that COVID-19 had a major effect on dating and relationships over the past 11 months. How people go about dating has certainly changed a lot and not everyone is completely happy about that.
A new survey finds

- Prior to lockdowns and quarantine, 80% of people say their top choice for a date night was going out to dinner, followed by:
- Shopping together (64%)
- Going to se a movie (61%).
- In comparison, currently more couples are relying on at-home date nights, including:
- Ordering takeout (59%)
- Cooking dinner together (58%)
- Movie nights in (49%)
- It’s been so long since people have been able to have date night out that 55% of couples say they’ve started to run out of date night ideas.
- This isn’t good, considering 69% of couples say date nights are important to keep a healthy relationship.
- 52% also say not having date night can get in the way of intimacy.
