Nebraska junior pitcher Jordy Bahl added to her lengthy list of preseason honors as she was named preseason first-team All-American by D1Softball.com. This is added to Bahl’s honors as D1 Softball’s No. 2 Player and Pitcher to Watch, Softball America’s No. 2 Player to Watch and a Softball America Preseason First-Team All-American.
Bahl was injured in the first game of the season last year, but in her first two years at Oklahoma, Bahl pitched to a 1.50 ERA was earning two All-America honors for the national champion Sooners. In 2023, Bahl was named the most outstanding player of the Women’s College World Series.
