W. Va. Gov. retracts statement announcing National Guard Troops’ deaths in D.C. shooting

West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey has retracted his statement in relation to the two National Guardsmen being deceased, explaining that he has received “conflicting reports.” He also added that the public will be notified once “we receive more complete information.”
