Lyons: ICE founded to enforce U.S. immigration laws

Acting United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Todd Lyons has testified before the House Committee on Homeland Security on Tuesday. He said that under the leadership of President Donald Trump and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, ICE agents have been empowered to do their job.
