Israel announces ‘elimination’ of Iran’s Security Chief and Commander of Basij paramilitary force following Tehran strike

The Israeli government announced on Tuesday the “elimination” of Ali Larijani, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, who is widely seen as the de facto architect of Iran’s current war strategy, in addition to Gholamreza Soleimani, the commander of the Basij paramilitary force.
