Connor Booth ran for a 32-yard touchdown on the final play of the game as Team Nebraska beat Team Huskers in the 2026 Red/White Game, 22-17, Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Booth rushed for 82 yards on 15 carries.

The game was debut of UNLV transfer quarterback Anthony Colandrea, the Cornhuskers’ likely starting quarterback. Colandrea was 12-for-19 for 80 yards and two touchdowns, including a spectacular eight-yard TD pass to Quinn Clark. Jacory Barney, Jr., had six catches for 43 yards and a touchdown. Derek Wacker piled up 10 tackles in the top defensive effort of the day.

The scrimmage concluded the Huskers’ 2026 spring practice schedule after last year’s 7-6 season that ended with a loss in the Las Vegas Bowl.
