U.S. Air Force identifies airman who tragically died after fatal fall during pregame fast-rope demonstration in San Antonio

The U.S. Air Force has officially identified Tech. Sgt. Ian Patterson as the airman who died Saturday night after a fatal fall from the rafters of the Alamodome during a pregame fast-rope demonstration in San Antonio.
