Rubio in Mumbai: U.S. State Secy. holds talks with India’s external affairs minister, addresses Freedom 250 reception

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has reportedly arrived in Mumbai for a two-day visit and to deliver remarks at the Freedom 250 reception at the U.S. Embassy in India.
