Jim Belushi is a big believer in marijuana and says cannabis is a better way for all people to manage and heal from our internal traumas, especially if you’re homeless.
For those unaware, Belushi also owns a legal marijuana farm in Oregon, which is the subject of his new Discovery Channel show, “Growing Belushi.” The show airs on Discovery Wednesday nights and showcases his cultivation efforts and also, what he’s doing to help people.
Jim says he encounters lots of homeless vets with psychological problems on the streets of Portland – as well as other desperate people dealing with all sorts of problems. Belushi is convinced cannabis is a better way for them to treat their issues – certainly better than booze or prescription pills.
