The romantic notion that perfect couples are perfectly meshed is just that…a notion. At least according to a survey by EliteSingles and One Poll. it turns out, having different tastes is a good thing for a relationship. A full 68-percent say their tastes in forms of entertainment are not like their partners. But 85-percent say because of it, they’ve ended up loving something they wouldn’t have looked at otherwise.
Where compatibility does matter is hygiene and self care. Self care routines, according to 45-percent, had to mesh up. Cleaning habits, exercising habits, and eating habits were also important.
An EliteSingles spokes person shares that alone time and being an individual makes where compatibility comes in better for the relationship. Other areas where people would like to be compatible are financially, future goals, and how they communicate love.
Basically, in some ways you have to be on the same page and in others, it doesn’t matter.
