No. 1 Nebraska made short work of Lipscomb Friday night in Nashville, Tenn., as the Huskers swept the Bison 25-13, 25-21, 25-15 in front of a Lipscomb school-record crowd of 4,235 at Allen Arena.

Not surprisingly, Nebraska dominated statistically, outhitting Lipscomb .315-.043, outdigging LU 43-2( and racking up 42 kills to the Bison’s 25. Nebraska’s depth was also on display, as 10 different Huskers registered a kill.

Taylor Landfair paced Nebraska with seven kills on nine attempts. Harper Murray also had seven kills for NU.

The Huskers now prepare to face No. 7 Kentucky at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Sunday at 11 am. Pregame coverage begins Sunday at 10 am on KLIN & B-107.3.
