Noem launches ‘massive investigation’ into Somali-linked Minneapolis childcare fraud

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem announced the start of a “massive investigation on childcare and other rampant fraud” in Minneapolis on Monday, in response to an independent journalist’s reporting on massive alleged fraud tied to Somali-owned businesses.
