Mamdani confirms he will attend 9/11 memorial despite calls from fmr N.Y. mayor and victims’ families to stay away

A large group of 9/11 family members, loved ones, first responders and elected officials gathered at City Hall in lower Manhattan demanding that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani does not attend Friday’s September 11, 2001, memorial ceremony.
