Calif. woman was ‘high on drugs’ during bus crash that led to 3 additional deaths in subsequent helicopter crash: ‘Chain reaction of tragedies’

The woman who drove her SUV at high speed into a Metro bus on Tuesday—killing two people and setting off a chain reaction of tragedies in Los Angeles—has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
