DOJ subpoenas Calif. election officials over suspected noncitizens registered to vote

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has reportedly opened a criminal investigation in California and issued subpoenas to local election workers in Los Angeles, claiming that tens of thousands of noncitizens appear on the state’s voter rolls.
