Kris Jenner is denying claims that she sexually harassed her former bodyguard after he sued her. Marc McWilliams says that he was “subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances” while working for her and Kourtney Kardashian.
According to the paperwork, Kris made comments “of an overt sexual nature” toward Marc, allegedly remarking on his physical appearance, asking about his sex life and suggesting they “engage in a romantic and sexual relationship.” Around May 2017, he claims that Kris demonstrated “non-consensual physical contact,” despite his “repeatedly” complaining to his employer, David Shield Security. He also claims to have witnessed her making “lewd suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments at him and his co-workers.” He was suspended from working with Kris in September 2018 but kept working with Kourtney until he was terminated from their protection team.
McWilliams and his legal team didn’t name an exact figure for damages, but they believe he’s experienced “severe and permanent pain and suffering and a severe shock and injury to the nervous system,” as a result of his treatment and the situation.
- Meanwhile, Kris is categorically denying Marc’s claims. According to her lawyer, Marty Singer, he never complained about the job until now. “The security guard worked outside the house and he never even went into Kris’ house. Kris had very little interaction with him,” Marty noted. “After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while on the job, the security company was asked not to assign him to work there in the future.” And although Kourtney is named in the suit, she’s not accused of doing anything improper.
